Konrad, MSc (LSE)

Dr. Maximilian Konrad is an attorney at law at our law firm.

He advises our clients in all areas of German and European antitrust law, with a focus on litigation and antitrust damages. He has extensive experience in the law of appeals.

Maximilian is a member of the German Competition Law Association (Studienvereinigung Kartellrecht e. V.).

Maximilian has professional proficiency in the languages of German and English.

Maximilian studied law, history and European Studies at the Ruprecht-Karls-University Heidelberg and the London School of Economics and Political Science. Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) 2012. Master of Science (MSc) 2013. His PhD Thesis in Antitrust Law at the Heinrich-Heine-University Düsseldorf was awarded with the Doctoral Prize of the Freundeskreis der Düsseldorfer Juristischen Fakultät e. V. and the Esche Schümann Commichau Prize. In the years 2015 to 2020 Maximilian worked as a research associate and lawyer for one of the Attorneys at the Federal Court of Justice in Karlsruhe. Maximilian joined BUNTSCHECK in 2020.
