Immo Schuler is an attorney at law at our law firm.
He advises clients on all matters relating to German and European competition law. Immo draws upon extensive experience in advising clients on merger control cases before the European Commission, the German Federal Cartel Office and other competition authorities worldwide. Furthermore, he regularly advises clients throughout all stages of administrative fine proceedings and damages claims under competition law, as well as on distribution issues, such as exclusivity agreements, distribution systems and non-competition clauses.
Immo is a member of the German Competition Law Association (Studienvereinigung Kartellrecht e. V.), and the Competition Law Forum Frankfurt (Kartellrechtsforum Frankfurt am Main e. V.).
Immo has professional proficiency in the languages of German and English.
Immo studied Law at the Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nuremberg, and the University of North Carolina School of Law, USA. Master of Laws (LL.M.) 2017. In the years 2013 to 2019, Immo worked as a lawyer in the competition-law practice at Latham & Watkins LLP (Frankfurt). Immo joined BUNTSCHECK in 2019.
